Job Description

Our client is looking for a new Level 1 Service Engineer to join their team. The Level 1 Service Engineer is responsible for resolving requests in the clients platform in a
professional and timely manner. The role entails providing ‘fix on first call’ to issues reported by customers.

You will handle Ticket Resolution, Technical Support and resolve 1st level technical issues in accordance to best practices and guidelines of service delivery. Technical Competencies: Add/Remove Users, Add/Remove Apps, Add/Remove Roles, Capture New Apps, Resolve Login Issues, Troubleshoot other Support Requests.
